Pam bought her first house in 1975 for $27,000.  It had yellow walls, olive green carpet and lovely orange Formica in the kitchen.  Not to be deterred, she transformed the home into a cute cottage that sold 1 year later for twice what she bought it for!  Just think what that would be in today’s market!   Pam’s passion for creating beauty from ugly ducklings was born!
